Exchange Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you receive damaged, broken or defective item, we will make an exchange and will send you a new one.

Our stores cannot accept exchange for purchases made online. Please follow the instructions below on now to return your item:

1. You can exchange your purchased item under these conditions:

- Wrong size

- Wrong order

- Item received is damaged or defective

2. Exchange can only be done maximum 7 days after you have received your item. We won't process any exchange request after the time frame.

3. Your item must be in intact condition, with no sign of wear and tear.

4. You can make an exchange with item of similar price. Otherwise, extra charge will be applied if you select item of higher price.

Our team will review your return request and contact you promptly.
